The Agency is the Proprietor

In 1999, the thought of establishing a real estate presence in this community represented an aspiration in the eyes of a younger man who had fallen in love with a most special house in this wonderful seaside community.

In 2004, personal circumstances led to the difficult decision to sell that special house and move to the Metrowest.

However, life is often like the ocean tides that retreat only to return. After more than twelve years, that very special house found its' way back into my life and my heart once again.  

In many ways, the name Mourning Dove Realty seems the appropriate name for this real estate entity. In many cultures, mourning doves are seen as symbols of hope, love, and freedom. Their gentle demeanor, strong pair bonds, and graceful flight inspire feelings of optimism and the potential for new beginnings.

Our Agency shall operate like no other, both in focus and practice. I believe very strongly that "Integrity is a world where everyone wins". All of our fees, i.e. commissions, shall be variable, flexible commissions that will insure that our clients are pleased with their transactions and the compensation that the Agency has earned. On top this commitment, 10 to 20 % of each commission shall be donated to both National and Local Charities.
